We read every message.
Vatulo is small, so support is one address and a person on the other end of it. Write in English or in French — whichever you'd rather.
What can we help with?
Each of these opens a message with the subject already filled in, which is the only thing that gets it to the right place faster.
Report a safety concern
Something that happened at a party, or a person you're worried about. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first — in Canada, 911.
Write to us →Appeal a suspension
If your account has been restricted or suspended and you think it was a mistake, tell us your username and what you think happened. A person reviews it.
Write to us →Access or correct your data
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw consent, or — under Quebec's Law 25 — ask us to stop disclosing it. We reply within 30 days.
Write to us →Delete your account
You can do this yourself, in the app, under Settings — it is permanent and takes effect immediately. Write to us only if you can't get in to do it.
Write to us →Report a bug
Something crashed, something looks wrong, something won't load. What you were doing and which phone you're on is usually enough for us to find it.
Write to us →Hosting, or early access
Want to host on Vatulo, or get in before we open properly? Tell us your city and whether you'd mostly be hosting or going out.
Write to us →Deleting your Vatulo account
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete my account. It is permanent, it takes effect immediately, and you do not need to give a reason or ask anyone.
If you cannot get in — a lost password, a locked account — email vatulosupport@gmail.com from the address on the account. We will delete it once we can establish it is yours.
What is deleted
Your name, username, photos, bio, interests, vibe tags, music preferences, profile prompts, university, programme, phone number, gender and avatar. Your email is replaced with an unusable placeholder. Every session ends. Your push tokens, devices, filters, saved invite lists, friendships, blocks, swipes and notifications are deleted outright. Parties you were hosting that had not happened yet are cancelled and your guests are told. The text and images of messages you sent are erased.
What is kept, and why
Reports and moderation decisions, because they are somebody else's account of being harmed. Reviews, in both directions, because a host's rating is built from many guests. Parties that already happened. Markers where your messages were, so the conversation still reads for the other person. Security records used to recognise abuse.
All of it is attached to an account carrying no name, username, photo, bio, email or phone number. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Before you write
How quickly will I hear back?
Reports of objectionable content or unsafe behaviour come first — we aim to act on those within 24 hours. Privacy and data requests get a reply within 30 days, which is what our Privacy Policy commits to. Everything else, as soon as we can get to it.
My account is restricted and I can't do anything
A restriction usually follows a report. Write from the address on the account, tell us the username, and say what you think happened — a person reads it, not a script.
I want a party's address
We can't give it to you, and neither can anyone but the host. Addresses are released only to guests the host accepted who have committed, and only once the host's chosen release time arrives. That is the whole point of the rule.
Someone posted something about me
Report it in the app if you can — every profile, message and photo has a report action, and reporting attaches the context we need. If you can't reach it, write to us with as much detail as you have.
Are you hiring / can we work together?
Same address. It reaches the same person.
